2019-Backyard-2 - June - Flowers n some misc

Soon for a second post but I believe I am ready with next batch of pictures. These were taken in June 2019. Some tomato seedlings Started coming (so many in fact), from last year crop (either because of some tomatos fell down and some because of my dear squirrels I guess - god.... please help my garden). I will start with the pic of seedling then go over to the flowers of June. 

Flowers - Asiatic lillies - Orange color

  

 Gangabayalu n basil n oregano. Usually the greens or herbs sometimes get wasted in my home. This time I am determined that either I will freeze the herbs as recommended for them to last long or I will use fresh but no wastage. Let's see how it goes....

     

 My grape wine coming back. I thought I had so many of the grapes on the vine but I think I might have to do something for all of them to stay.

    

2019- Backyard -1- Spring Pictures + Garden beginning

I know its been long, but wanted to make sure I start posting again. So here are some pics from Spring from my phone actually and not by an actual camera.

Hyacinth came back in spring - so excited about it.

 Bounty of my roses from my backyard - only one day picture. I got like this bounty almost a week or 10 days worth. Thank you Mother nature.

This is the first year I wanted to start on plumeria's and I found a deal on Valentine's day. Its slowly coming/growing/hibernating. The roots did not grow fully yet. I can see that the leaves are starting to come still. I will post the pics of latest in next post. Have a fun weekend and Happy Gardening!!

2018-Backyard-JuneFlowers

Could not stop myself posting the asiatic lillies beauty along with some Shasta Daisies coming up. I have also couple of pics of Hibiscus and one for Jasmine. I had 3 different varieties of jasmines and I lost 2 of them during winter. 1 survived, one is recovering slowly and coming up with the weather. the last one, I am still waiting on it. 

2018-Backyard Plants-1

This year I lost some of the home plants and got some new ones too. I also realized that one of my curry plants (I had two pots) which I clubbed them into single bigger pot now, has multiple ones in it. I separated them this time. Now time for some pics. First lets start with some flowers from my garden

2017-Backyard plants - 2

For some reason, I have atleast nice gourd seedlings and the moment I put them in ground they are not surviving. I believe it is because of the squirrels I have and they are bothering a lot this year. Here are some other plants that are coming up nicely this year. I do have some issue this year. This time there are holes forming on the plants especially Roses and tomato's in some area of my garden. I have to keep an eye and spray something natural on them to make them survive.

bad news apart, I am excited that for the first time I have small grapes showing up on my grape tree. I am very happy for them. I will need to keep an eye on them too just in case. As part of the yearly planting new trees/shrubs I got a blueberry and a regular tree. So 2 new addition to back yard.

One of the positive things in backyard are the flowers. A glimpse of backyard flowers.

 One more positive thing in backyard is , I have started getting first time fresh grapes from the tree.
